Refunds, Returns & Replacements
All items are quality-checked by the Namibia Craft Shop team before being carefully wrapped and dispatched to ensure safe shipping. If you are not happy with your purchased goods and believe them to be faulty please send us an email within 7 days of receipt together with a clear photograph of the problem and a detailed description. We will be sure to assess the damage and provide you with a replacement product based on our assessment.
Washing and care instructions must be followed as per the care labels and swing tags attached to the products.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or replacement and may be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
Due to the remote location of our country, we cannot accept international returns and would rather replace items than refund them. We want you to be happy with your purchases and will do everything we possibly can to rectify any problems and provide customer satisfaction. However, if a refund is agreed to then the amount refunded will be to the value of the product purchased only and will not include shipping costs.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
